At Knobco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws and mounting hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
